The CFS-1500C Carousel Filling System is an extension of our CFS1000 Filling Platform that utilizes our new Carousel Feeder and our new software. It eliminates the Load and Unload of the fill cycle, creating an easy to use filling system that is non-tiring and very productive. The Carousel is driven by a smart Stepper Motor. Its reflective sensor checks that carts are loaded, and if a cart is missing it will automatically skip that position and move to the next level. The Positional Braking incorporated into the elevator mechanism minimizes over-travel, maintaining a crisp and productive process. Included with the machine are a power cord, a port seal screwdriver, needle nose pliers, SAE Allen wrenches, priming tube, a digital scale with 0.001 Gr resolution, and 1 cartridge nest for scale. Additional items for purchase with the machine are a spare parts kit, custom nests for various devices, special needles, and a service agreement.
